What’s the difference between Popular Moves and Book Moves?
Popular Moves are what people really play, based on game data from Lichess. Book Moves are the established theory. Start with Popular Moves, then use Book Moves to go deeper.
Do I need to be good at chess to use this?
No. These are made for beginners and intermediates, but equally applicable for advanced players. If you’re under 2000 elo, they’re great for you. And if you’re 400-1600… they’re perfect!
Is this every opening?
It’s every opening cheat sheet we make: 150+ Popular Moves sheets and 126 Book Moves sheets. If it’s a recognised chess opening, we’ve almost certainly got it.
I already have the Opening Mastery Trainer. Do I need this?
They do different jobs. The trainer tests you until you remember the moves. The cheat sheets show you the whole opening at a glance, and you can print them.
Can I print them?
Yes. Every cheat sheet is laid out in A4, and the Book Moves set includes versions made for black-and-white printing.
What do I do with the PGN files?
Open them in any chess software or website that imports PGN. You can then step through each variation on a board.
Is this everything Chess Cheat Sheets sells?
No. This is every opening cheat sheet. The endgame guides, puzzle packs and the Opening Mastery Trainer are separate products.
Do you cover both White and Black openings?
Yes, we have guides for every opening. Some are specialised for White, some for Black, but all guides have image perspectives for both Black and White, so you’re able to use them effectively no matter which side you’re playing!
How do I get my files after purchase?
