Refund policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not typically offer refunds except in specific scenarios. These refunds are given at our discretion.
Given you've already downloaded the file and gained access, a refund is not fair, given you'd get to keep both the files and the money. The only time we offer a refund is for our larger bundles or when explicitly stated in our marketing materials, such as over email.
If you've bought the files twice accidentally and request a refund, it will usually be granted for the relevant purchase. When you purchase, you get access to those files for life - we're not going to charge you twice for that!
If you are having issues with your guides, please get in touch and we'll seek to solve the situation as best we can.
If you use any discount codes or coupons with your order, you are immediately made void for any refunds.
We also do not allow for returns, because the files are digital and can't be returned!
The 30-day 'ironclad' guarantee for the Ultimate Bundle / Chess Mastery Library is only applicable to people who have bought the bundle at full price. In order to qualify, you must purchase the bundle and use the files for 30 days. If on the 30th day you can prove to us that:
- You've used a significant amount of resources in the bundle (rather than just a cheat sheet and puzzle here and there),
- That you've been actively playing chess and using these resources during the 30 days,
- That you've seen no improvement whatsoever and truthfully feel like your chess skills and knowledge have not improved,
- And that you wholeheartedly believe the files are not worth what you paid,
...then you can request a refund. Evidence of the above must be provided in order to qualify, otherwise it is made void. Refunds here are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the decision is made at our discretion, based on the evidence you provide and our own thinking. You will have a 7-day period to initiate a refund request beginning on the 30th day after your purchase. After that, the guarantee becomes void and you are no longer elligible.
That all being said, we receive so few refund requests because once people download, they see how valuable the files are!
If you believe you have a problem, please email at info@chesscheatsheets.com and we'll try to sort it as best we can. Often that involves a change/improvement to the product to fix the issue, and an updated copy of it sent to you.
