Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not typically offer refunds. This does not mean you shouldn't attempt to get a refund by getting in touch, but know that you'll require a good reason and evidence.

We also do not allow for returns, because the files are digital and can't be returned!

That being said, if you believe you have a problem, please email at info@chesscheatsheets.com and we'll try to sort it as best we can. Often that involves a change/improvement to the product to fix the issue.
